Disc Golf Course

The Town, in conjunction with Salida area Parks Open space and Trails (SPOT), has constructed an 18-hole disc golf course. The course is located on 20 acres in the Towns 'South Park' and promises to challenge golfers of every skill level with ominous hazards and wicked doglegs.

This course is built to PDGA standards and will hopefully be utilized by the PDGA Tour along with disc duffers from all around the nation.

The course is officially open and features signs on each hole. It is absolutely free and open to the public and the baskets are mounted year-round so if you can handle the cold the course is ripe for the play. We do ask that golfers respect the native wildlife and adopt a leave no trace attitude with respect to their personal trash.
